We charge per day as opposed to per night, ensuring your cat receives attentive, continuous care from arrival to departure.

Boarding rates and inclusive amenities
Every booking features premium accommodation, individual playtime, dry food, ensuite toilet and complete room service.
A 40% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit secures your reservation, with final payment due 28 days before check-in.

Medication is only by agreement with Kitty Angel and cats must be stable not on acute medication. If two cats are sharing we cannot administer directly on food as the right cat must get the medication. We need to ensure your cat eats the medicated portion separately so their dose can be monitored

Rates
Days booked include the day of arrival and day of departure and are chargeable.
Minimum Charge
For very short stays we have a minimum charge per booking of 4 days and this covers deep clean sanitising of our resorts between guests.
Rates are charged per day as we have an intensive clean between guests, every cat wants to feel as though they are the first guest in that suite.
July – October this is extended to a minimum charge of 7 days per booking
All bank holidays are double rate of the above.
Out of Hours Fee
£45 applies when we are closed
This applies if you arrive when we are closed or request a Sunday check out.
My preference is not to have out of hours collection as I have my own pets to feed and care for and all boarding cats easily get into a routine and I do not wish to disturb this.
Admin Charge
- £10 to change the exact number of dates for your booking BEFORE 28 days
- £40 applies if you pay your holiday balance before the 28 days and then request a refund.
- No refunds are made once you enter the 28 day period before your booking
- Deposits are not transferable
Mini Bar Upgrade
A choice of daily treats Dreamies, Whiskas temptations, Hi Paws freeze dried, Felix goodies, Lik-i-lix yoghurt and treat sticks cut into bite size chunks.
Purr Toe Rico
This is one of our sunniest resorts overlooking our bird feed sanctuary to stimulate your kitties during their stay.
It houses a truly luxurious day bed and access to an ipad interactive games.
Daily Spa and full body groom is included as is the Meow Du Jour menu and free access to the mini bar, with all meals served in the resort on china kitty dishes.
Also includes two 15 min Reiki Session
Grooming
Spa and Body Groom
Option to upgrade during their stay to a gentle undercoat removal and waterless coat massage and refresh.
A gentle eye and ear cleanse and to finish a coat and skin revitalize with a herbal remedy conditioner.
To finish there is a complimentary mini bar treat and a toy.
